A győri Városház előtti téren felállított vásárpavilon. A sátorponyvából kialakított italkimérés tetején címeres magyar zászló látszik. A ponyva alatt látható a söntéspult, sörcsapokkal és pohármosóval. Körülötte az éttermi asztalokból és székekből kialakított "kerthelyiség". Balra elöl, a Franck kávé reklámja van kifüggesztve. A söntésen a Magyaróvári Főherczegi Sör reklámja olvasható. Az ideiglenes építményben a Győri Vasúti étterem települt ki. A vendéglő tulajdonosa ebben az időszakban Wolfsbauer Jenő volt.

The market pavilion in front of the City Hall of Győr at the end of the 1920s. A Hungarian flag with a coat of arms can be seen on the top of a liquor stand made of tent tarp. Under the tarp, you can see the counter with beer taps and glass washers. The "garden area" is surrounding the place with restaurant tables and chairs. To the front left, an advertisement for Franck Coffee is posted. The temporary structure is occupied by the Győr Railway Restaurant. The owner of the restaurant was Jenő Wolfsbauer during that time.
