Sárga alapon színtelen ólommázas álló rámás mély forma. Rámáján kívül, törésvonalainál belül barna csíkozás. Alján zöld levelekből, váltakozó 3-as szirom vörös és kék felülnézeti rózsából álló dísz. Vörös széles csíkban fehér írókázott peremfelső.
