Az egyemeletes ház homlokzatának felső részén, emléktábla örökíti meg a történelmi helyszínt. A földszinten balra, egy italmérés bejárata látható. Photo taken from a postcard. The former home of Lajos Kossuth in Sátoraljaújhely. In 1810, his parents enrolled him in the grammar school of the Piarists in Újhely, where he studied until 1816. A memorial plaque on the upper part of the façade of the single-storey house commemorates the historic site. On the ground floor, to the left, there is the entrance to a pub. Above the door, a sign reads "Wine, beer and brandy tapping".
