Képeslapról készített fotón a Baross utca és a József körút kereszteződése látszik. A 32-esek elnevezést 1933-ban kapta, a 32-es honvéd gyalogezred hagyományőrző egyesületének kezdeményezésére. A főváros házi ezredének katonáinak emlékét őrző katonaszobor is ekkor került felállításra. A fotón balra a Horváth Mihály téren lévő Szent József templom látszik hátul, ahogy a Baross utca Kőbánya felé fordul. A kép közepén a Korányi és Fröhlich redőnygyár székháza látható, földszintjén a Józsefvárosi Bazárral és egy kávéházzal. A teljes nevén Vasszerkezet, Fémportál és Redőnygyárat 1903-ban alapította Korányi Béla. Jobbra a körút sarkán álló épület földszintjén Bodó Adolf kávéházának bejárata látható. A kép felületének nagy részén folyóírással írt német nyelvű szöveg olvasható.

A postcard photo shows the intersection of Baross Street and József Boulevard. The name 32-esek was given in 1933, at the initiative of the traditionalist association of the 32nd Infantry Regiment of the Hungarian Army. The statue commemorating the soldiers of the capital's home regiment was also erected at that time. In the photo, the St Joseph's church on Horváth Mihály Square can be seen in the background on the left, as Baross Street turns towards Kőbánya. In the centre of the picture is the headquarters of the Korányi and Fröhlich shutter factory, with the Józsefváros Bazaar and a café on the ground floor. The Ironwork, Metal Portal and Shutters Factory was founded in 1903 by Béla Korányi. To the right, on the ground floor of the building on the corner of the boulevard, is the entrance to Adolf Bodó's café.
