Ságodi Ferenc szakíró gyűjteményének egyik része, amelyben a különböző terítékekről, terítésversenyekről készített fotók, illetve újságkivágatok szerepelnek. Tulajdonképen minden, ami a felszolgálás és a terítés témakörébe belefér. Elsősorban magyar, kisebb részben külföldi helyszíneken készült felvételek mutatják be a gasztrokultúra ezen részét. A magyar helyszínek közül felismerhető, a budatétényi SZÖVOSZ Vendéglátóipari Tanuló Iskola termei, ahol a versenyzők által megalkotott terítékek vehetőek szemügyre. Néhány Wiener Jenő szakácsmester által készített felvétel a "Százéves Vendégfogadó Buda városához" étterem belső tereiről és terítékeiről nyújt ízelítőt. Az újságkivágatok, főként angolszász nyelvterületről származó magazinokból kerültek a gyűjteménybe (The Hotel Industry, Hotel and Restaurant Management, The Hotel Monthly). Ily módon nyerhetünk betekintést, a kortárs nyugati vendéglátóipari terítékek és felszolgálás szakmai titkaiba.
