A Magánbiztosítók Intézete által épült az 1920-as évek során, az államosítás után a Vasutasok Szakszervezetének tulajdonába került. Az első dátum a postai bélyegző alapján, a második a képeslap kiadásának vélhető időpontja.

The picture shows the Zsófi house in Hévíz, with a booth (pavilion) selling photos in the foreground. The inscription on it: "ARTISTIC PHOTOGRAPHS". The owner or operator of the shop is Margit Kirtyán. It was built by the Institute of Private Insurers in the 1920s, and after nationalisation, it became the property of the Railwaymen's Trade Union. The first date is based on the postmark, the second is the presumed date of issue of the postcard.
