A lap egyik oldalán a máriacelli kegyszobor ábrázolása látható, amint dicsfényben a felhők fölé emelkedik, alattuk vidéki táj látható a kegytemplom felé igyekvő zarándokok csoportjaival. A lap másik oldalán Vizitácó ábrázolás látható, Szűz Mária és Szent Erzsébet fölött a Szentlélek galambja látható. A máriacelli kép Madonnája körül felirat: "Der herr wird auf einer Liechten Wolckhen Eingehen in das Land. Isaic.C.19. V. 1.". A képmező alső szegmensében felirat: "Warhaffter Ursprung des Weld beriembten / gnaden Orth Maria Cell in den steürmarkh / =ischen gebürg Ord. S. P. / Benedicti [...]." A lap másik oldalán Vizitáció ábrázolása. A Szentlélek galambja körül felirat (Lk. 1,43): "[Und wo]her kommt mir das. das die Mutter meines herren mich besuerchet. LucaC1[V43]." A képmező alatt felirat: "Maria gienge killenths über das gebürg / und besuchte Elisabeth. Luc. C. 1. V. 40."
