A képen a Zalakarosi Termálfürdő jellegzetes hullám tetős, legyező alakú fürdőcsarnokát láthatjuk. A kor szokásainak megfelelően 1975. november 7-én (NOSZF) adták át, az állandó üzemelést biztosító fedett medencéknek otthont adó épületet. Egy budapestinek a Moszkva téri metrómegálló tömbje ugrik be elsőként, de a látszat csal, csak az időszak azonos (1972 és 1975). Az évszám a postára adás dátuma és a képeslap kiadásának vélhető időpontja is egyben. 1978 fontos dátum volt a fürdő életében, ebben az évben nyilvánította az Egészségügyi Minisztérium hivatalosan is gyógyfürdővé a komplexumot.

The picture shows the typical corrugated-roofed, fan-shaped bathing hall of the Zalakaros Thermal Baths. In keeping with the custom of the time, the building was inaugurated on 7 November 1975 (the great October socialist revolution), housing the indoor pools for permanent operation. The first thing that comes to mind for a Budapest resident is the block of metro station on Moszkva Square, but it is only the same period (1972 and 1975). The year is the date of posting and the presumed date of issue of the postcard. 1978 was an important date in the life of the baths, the year in which the Ministry of Healthcare officially declared the complex a thermal bath.
